All-Clad Copper Core 4qt Covered Sauce Pan


Designed for searing and quickly cooking foods, this pan may also be used to prepare risotto and paella, create vegetable dishes and more. Offering deeper capacity than a frying pan, it has a long handle for moving quickly back and forth over the burner when searing and sautéing, and a helper handle that makes carrying and emptying easy. The thick anodized aluminum exterior wont scratch or chip, cleans up effortlessly and provides superior heat conduction. The cooking surface is 18/10 stainless steel, with an aluminum core extending all the way up the sides of each piece. Stay-cool cast stainless steel handles are riveted on for a lifetime of beauty and durability.
